EJ Engineering is proud to announce the launch of the new TeliSqueeze attachment that has the ability to clamp boxes of all shapes and sizes, creating a safer solution for greater productivity.

With the telescopic side frame and the 180 degree swinging gates allows the closed frame to be inside the total width of a box, increasing flexibility and efficiency.

Top Features

Telescopic Side Gate

The telescopic arms use replaceable self lubricating nylon pads to reduce noise, wear and maintenance.

Incorporated into the sliding gates is an adjustable wear pad to take out the forward and back movement of the sliding gate without the need in changing the pads.

The side gate pivot points have replaceable DU bushes with grease points.

Floating Tine and Rail

The TeliSqueeze comes standard with swinging, floating and adjustable tines integrated into the main frame.

  • It has a 50mm vertical float.

  • Outside Fork Positioning from 300mm to 1017mm.

From factory, an optional extra feature can include the ability to lock the floating tines and swinging of the tines.

Gates & Sprung Paddles

Each individual paddle is sprung on 6 high loaded springs to allow every box to be grabbed. Each box can vary in width, with the sprung paddles it will always manage to put pressure on a box.

Each side gate pivots off 3 independent points, allows the gate to always sit flush against the boxes. The gates can pivot +/- 15 degrees allowing the boxes to be very off centre or at an angle.

Other features:

  • All main pivot points have replaceable wrapped steel bushes with grease nipples integrated to the pins to bosses to reduce wear on the main structural components while offering a low cost, low friction solution.

  • The hydraulic system has built in flow dividers to make the gates synchronise position at the same time to stop pushing the boxes to one side, it will ensure the boxes are clamped in the centre of the TeliSqueeze.

  • The clamping hydraulic circuit also comes with a relief valve if you are finding the boxes are clamping to hard. Along with an adjustable flow restrictor to control the speed for the most sensitive of jobs.

  • The TeliSqueeze comes in 3 different sizes.

  • B4 features 4 sprung paddles on each side gate - Typically used for 4 boxes high.

  • B3 features 3 sprung paddles on each side gate - Typically used for 3 boxes high.

  • B2 features 2 sprung paddles on each side gate - Typically used for 2 boxes high.
